How long have you been selling?
I have been selling online since 2002. I started on Ebay and have since moved on to Ecrater.

What should I expect once I place an online order?
Once you submit your order, we will email you confirming that we have received your order. Once payment has been received we will email you a second time notifying you that your order has been shipped from our shipping center.

What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we accept your secure Visa, Mastercard or e-Check through PayPal to rosemary.tyme@verizon.net. We also accept Google Checkout, money orders & cashier's checks. Money orders and cashier's checks are expected within 7 days.

What if I do not have a Paypal or Google Checkout account?
No account setup is needed to use either Google Checkout or Paypal. The only requirement they have is your shipping address must match the billing address of the credit card you are using.

Do you combine shipping?
I do combine shipping if items are bought in any of my stores, Periwinkles, Periwinkles Tea Garden, Periwinkles Music Emporium, The Clothes Horse, Lazy Cat Books and Videos, Little Shoppe of Toys and Ruby's Cook Jewels. Just email me as soon as you purchase the items and I will let you know the combined total and send you an invoice from PayPal, Google Checkout or a store invoice for checks or money orders.

Do you ship Internationally?
Presently I only ship to the US.

Do you require a minimum purchase?
I do not require a minimum purchase. You can buy as many of my items as you want or only one.

I can't find the product I want. How do I search for it?
Using the Keyword search feature, enter the product name, or category of the product in the space provided and click "Search." Advanced search features are also available. If you can not find it contact us directly. We will be happy to assist you

What should I expect once I place an online order?

Where is my order?
Most of the items are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Most items arrive in less than 4 days; but the US Postal Service is known to occasionally take longer. Priority Mail takes 2-3 days from shipment date if within the US. Media mail takes from 2 to 9 days. Delivery is dependent upon the US Postal service and once the package leaves my hands I have no control over delivery. I do always provide a tracking number with each shipment.
